Privacy

e8st is a darkroom for your photos. Grading happens on your device. We don't upload your photos to our servers, we don't analyze them, and we don't sell anything about you to anyone.

• Photos and exports: processed entirely in your browser or on your phone. They never leave your device unless you share them yourself.
• Account (Pro only): if you sign in to unlock Pro features, we store your email address with our auth provider (Supabase) to identify your account. Free use does not require an account.
• Daily quota counters: small numeric counters stored in your browser's localStorage so we know when you've hit the free daily caps. Local only — we don't see them.
• Crash diagnostics: if a critical error happens, the browser may send a minimal error report without your photo content.

• Your photos or any pixel data.
• Personal analytics, ad identifiers, or tracking cookies.
• Contacts, location, or device identifiers.

Pro subscriptions on iOS and Android are handled by Apple and Google. Their privacy policies cover that transaction. e8st only sees a non-identifying receipt that tells us whether your account is entitled to Pro features.

We use a small set of services to run e8st:

• Supabase — email-based authentication and storage of your Pro entitlement.
• Cloudflare — hosting and asset delivery for the e8st.app website.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — purchase processing for Pro.

If you created an account, you can delete it and your stored email at any time by contacting us at hello@e8st.app. There is nothing else of yours for us to delete.

e8st is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and surface a notice in-app.
