How do I remove the watermark?

Free exports on the web carry a small "e8st" mark. Get e8st on iOS or Android — all exports there are clean, full quality, and offline.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. Grading happens entirely on your device. Photos never leave it unless you share them yourself.

How do I buy Pro?

Pro is sold inside the iOS and Android apps. Open the app and tap any Pro feature (tru1y preset, tru1y-58 lens, LUT export, Coordinates stamp) to see options.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds for Pro are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: Play Store → Account → Order history → Request refund.

Why does the web editor cap my exports per day?

The free tier caps stills, motion, LUTs, and coordinate stamps per day so the service stays free for everyone. The mobile apps don't have these caps once you have Pro.

I can't sign in / my magic link expired.

Magic links expire after a short window for security. Request a fresh one from the sign-in screen, and check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a minute.
