Terms of Use

By using e8st — the web editor at e8st.app and the iOS / Android apps — you agree to these terms. e8st is operated by Zero2mill Inc. ("we", "us").

e8st is free to use without an account. Free exports carry a small "e8st" watermark and are subject to daily caps (still images, motion clips, LUTs, coordinate stamps).

Pro removes the watermark and unlocks signature features (tru1y preset, tru1y-58 lens, Coordinates stamp export, LUT export). Pro is currently sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Pro purchases are billed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through your store's subscription management at least 24 hours before renewal. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies, not by us.

Photos you load into e8st stay on your device. You retain all rights to your photos and to the graded outputs. You're responsible for having the right to use any photo you grade.

You agree not to use e8st to:

• Process content you don't have rights to, or content that depicts minors in sexual or exploitative ways.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or rebrand the service or its presets, lenses, and LUTs.
• Attempt to circumvent the watermark, the daily caps, or any other technical limit on the free tier.

e8st is provided "as is" and "as available." Features may change, be removed, or temporarily fail. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be free of bugs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or device damage arising from your use of e8st. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you've paid us for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using e8st at any time. Pro entitlements that you've paid for through the App Store or Google Play remain governed by their terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
